Mega, you aren't obligated to share sequences with everyone and can set some to private. They will only appear to you.
Koeng, thats great, would be cool to have yours available. Can you tell us more about them?

It's a very good idea, but if you are really doing innovative research you probably won't upload the sequences before they're published. Some basic plasmids like pUC, pTracer-CMV, pKlak2, etc. will probably be mostly added.
