Role: Lead Java Developer
Location: Colorado

Duration: Long Term

Skills: Sql, Java, Web Services, Agile, JQuery, JavaScript, Tomcat, Spring, Junit 

Required skill set:

• Basic SQL
• Core Java
• Web Technologies- velocity, JQuery, Javascript
• WebServices (Apache CXF)
• JDBC
• Spring/Any other Framework
• JUnit
• OOAD & Design Patterns
• Debugging Skills
• Tomcat or any other web/app servers
• IDE - Eclipse/Other
• PL/SQL Programming
• Optimizer Basics
• Tablespace Management (Nice to have)
• Object Structures (table, indexes) management (optional)
• XSLT/FOP (Optional)
• Backup and restore databases  (optional)

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum

Personal characteristics required:

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Work independently on complex tasks
• Produce well-written technical documentation
• Communicates appropriately up and down the management chain
• Should be able to handle complete life cycle of a module/ change request independently with minimum guidance.
• Able to work with client development manager and developers.
