Hi!
Is there a feasible way to diy-observe how CD104+ stem cells are distributed in dental pulp?
I could get fluorescent CD104 antibodies. It would interest me where exactly the stem cells are. Are they distributed homogenously (10 cells -- 1 stem cell --- 10 cells -- 1 stem cell --- and so forth), or are there regions where many stem cells are present? Perhaps around the blood vessels?
I think I'd have to make slides of the pulp, mark it with antibody, and then do a washing step?
