Wonder if I could kickstart a large nickel column for homemade taq
purification. backers get a vial of pure taq (2mL) and homemade
buffer :P or at least some dialysis tubing around the Dalton range of
the polymerase and just salt it out old school.

That one really disgusts me.  It seems to be a celebration of
mediocrity... with updates and
attribution, as in, "Let's all be mediocre together!".
