Role Oracle HR/Payroll developer

Location San Rafael, CA

Duration 6 months

Interview  Face to face is required. 

Skills:
• 7+ years of experience implementing & supporting HR & Payroll
• Very strong preference for Oracle EBS R12 experience.
• Functional & Technical (ie update PL/SQL code, interfaces, fast formulas) skillset
• Modules: Core HR, SSHR, Advanced Benefits, Payroll (& costing) 
• Additional modules/systems a plus: Compensation Workbench, Performance Management, Taleo
• Perform break/fix and design/implement new requirements
• Self-motivated, great team player
• Attention to detail, ability to follow structured support process
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact positively with upper management as well as communicating problems to appropriate teams within our organization
