MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of five years of technical experience in software development
* 5 years of C#/XAML/WPF
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
An experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. Works on very complex and diverse projects. Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Strong knowledge in the following areas:
C#/XAML/WPF
Some experience with XAMARIN will be a huge plus.
Developed and supported mobile application(s) (Windows 8/Android/iOS) a plus.
Technical knowledge of software development methodologies
All phases of the development cycle including concept, technical design, prototype, code development, testing, release to QA and implementation
Able to demonstrate strong skills in the following areas:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to respond to changing tasks and priorities, as well as triage support cases.
Strong communication skills. Ability to work directly with end customers as needed.
Ability to work with other groups within the organization to diagnose problems and offer solutions.
Good mentoring skills. Willingness to help junior team members.
Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, with minimal assistance, while remaining flexible to changing requirements.
Able to provide task estimates including effort and cost; able to adjust these estimates as appropriate and necessary.
Microsoft and other programming/software engineering related certifications a plus and/or an active desire to pursue such
