- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in software development using Java/J2EE technologies, spring, hibernate, JPA, web services.
- Excellent experience using design patterns and best practices in design and development.
- Experience using OSGI technology stack.
- Experience using data warehousing and ETL systems
- Experience with databases like oracle, sql server and proficient in SQL
- Creative Problem solver.
- Excellent Analytical and Problem solving skills
- Work collaboratively as part of a self-organizing scrum team with minimal supervision
- Participate in verification and testing efforts as needed.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work out of an office located in Barrington, IL

- Experience with standards like HL7 preferred.
- Experience with Data Ingestion capabilities preferred.
- Experience with SAML preferred.
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
- Work with an agile team of 5-6 members through the agile development cycle
- Able to clearly articulate and document software designs and strategies
- Write high quality code using test-driven development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices
