Hey guys!
-- Sruthi R From India....
Have been trying to extract whey proteins from de-fatted milk. Tried out processes like Ammonium Sulfate precipitation, Aqueous Two Phase extraction and Ultra filtration....All these are processes confined to the labs..mainly because of the indispensable involvement of centrifugation.
Any DIY technique at home that could help us extract whey proteins with cheaper alternative techniques, (even if it means compromising to a level on yield)? I see that this is quite far-fetched but would really appreciate it if people help me out.
