I am looking for a Semantic Modeler/Developer with OBIEE (Siebel) development experience. Someone who knows OBIEE and understand how to create a semantic model/layer on the database side to support OBIEE reports/dashboard. Does that make sense? Requirements are listed below. Skills:
- Strong foundation in industry standard data warehousing design concept is required.
- Strong physical modeling experience on Teradata.
- Experience in ER-dimensional data modeling, data analysis & definition, to support design/implementation of normalized & STAR/SNOWFLAKE schemas is a must.
- Solid experience in working with users on gathering requirements for the semantic model.
- Strong SQL experience to create semantic views on Teradata.
- Prefer someone with working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and how semantic model must be created to support BI.
- Must have OBIEE experience and understand how to model for better performance on Teradata and OBIEE.
- Prefer someone with experience in financial/insurance industry.
- Must have good communication skills.
