Role  QA Lead

Location Mounds View, MN

Duration 6+ Month

Role Requirements:

·         12+ years of testing experience. Within 12 years, Should have been in test manager role for atleast 4 years.

·         Should have handled testing of 1 or 2 mobile applications testing.

·         Strong test management experience is expected.

·         Adept in improving Quality control mechanisms by process enhancements.

·         Should have idea in forming a testing automation center of excellence.

·         Knowledge in mobile test automation is preferred.

·         Should have handled test estimations, budgeting, resource load management.

·         ALM/Quality Center experience.

·         Engage with a variety of groups including Project Managers, developers, Business Analyst and Business sponsors.

·         Be able to bring to the table Best Practices and Standards ideas.
