Role SAP HANA Consultants
Location: US
plus expenses
Travel 100%
Resource Tasks:
Plan and review
Incorporate the HP AppSystem for SAP HANA into the Customer's local network.
Validate the SAP HANA environment (hardware setup, network connectivity, bandwidth)
SAP HANA software patching, if required
Install SAP HANA Studio on one PC or workstation
Implementation of SAP HANA
Test Import some sample test data into SAP HANA and run sample reports using Excel plug-in
Provide knowledge transfer on the use and operation of the SAP HANA system:
Overview of HANA hardware, configuration, and networking
Overview of HANA Studio and system administration
Overview of roles and users
Overview of HANA backup and recovery
Overview of change management capabilities (object export/import)
Requirements:
- HP Converge Systems knowledge and experience CS500 & CS900
- SUSE Linux version 11.x Administration
- HP Service Guard
- High Level SAP HANA knowledge
- Those who have the skills above, client will train where necessary so resource can work alone, and complete the following tasks. Must be willing to travel 70-80% of the time across the US, travel costs will be covered by client. Please note, candidate does not need to be located in the Houston, TX area due to US travel requirement for this role.
- 5+ years of SAP BW/HANA design and development experience
- 4+ years’ experience integrating business processes across disparate systems
- 2+ years’ experience in a technical lead role giving work direction to other developers and business analysts
