[DIYbio] multiple trace viewer program?

You guys happen to know any software that can view more than one trace
at a time, and also show the phred scores too. I'm looking for a way
to determine the overall quality of the sequencing results from a
96-well plate. I get 96 files and I want a quick overview of the
results. Preferably Windows software, cause other people might have to
use it also. If there are any linux programs, I can check it out for
my own use though. Thanks
