[DIYbio] a technique that detect HMGB1 and chipper than ELISA?

Hi everyone,

I am working on HMGB1 (Hign-Mobility-Group-Box 1 protein), it's detectable by ELISA but its kit is so expensive.
I ask you to help me finding other alternative to work on?

Thanks a lot guys!

Eman.
