Description:
The developers will drive innovation and delivery for our commercial and federal clients through the use of the industry leading Platform as a Service (PaaS), Force.com. You will be a member of a highly collaborative and motivated team working across a number of markets to define and grow solutions that will change the way our clients do business. Experience with all aspects of Force.com development is required – Salesforce certifications are highly desired. Candidates are expected to obtain and retain certifications related to their area of expertise while working with the Firm.
The developer position will help grow our Force.com capability through developing and deploying solutions and proofs of concept for our clients. The developer will provide code reviews of solutions for which s/he is not fully engaged to verify best practices are being followed; and will be a mentor for junior staff, and those becoming familiar and fluent in the Force.com platform.

Responsibilities:
• Provide Force.com development and consulting services to HumanTouch clients;
• Develop and deploy applications and application updates to the government app exchange;
• Develop data migration/integration strategy including but not limited to data migration/integration template setup, data cleansing, data transformation, integration methods;
• Develop solution proof of concepts for delivery to HumanTouch and HumanTouch clients;
• Mentor staff in the development and deployment of Force.com solutions;
• Stay current on latest PaaS technologies;
• Perform COTS analysis on software/PaaS/SaaS technologies, including development of proofs of concepts;
• Contribute to proposal efforts as required.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce.com design, configuration, and custom development;
• 2+ years of experience with Agile Scrum development methodology;
• Experience with government consulting;
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com development including custom objects, workflows, and triggers;
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com development environment including Apex, triggers, VisualForce, Force.com IDE, migration tools, SOSQL, and web services;
• Experience with Salesforce integration;
• Experience with enterprise integration to Salesforce.com;
• Experience with data loader and migration/ETL tools;
• Experience in integrating Salesforce.com\Force.com with relational databases;
• Ability to resolve issues related to the Salesforce.com platform;
• Solid knowledge of both business and IT processes;
• Proficiency in developing and executing test scenarios;
• Strong analytical skills and technical expertise;
• Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems;
• Ability to work both with a team and independently on development projects.

Educational Requirements:
• BS Computer Science, or equivalent degree
• Certified Salesforce Administrator or Developer
