Job description:
looking for senior Java Developers to join the team to develop the next generation cable application for the corporate market. In this role you will work closely with engineering teams to rewrite legacy applications and solve large scale, highly complex technical problems. As an ideal candidate, your code follows OO design patterns and you write high quality code which is super-efficient, highly scalable, easy to test, maintain, and monitor. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software engineering with solid programming knowledge and hands-on experience BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) Strong oral and written communication skills Be able to demonstrate sound development practices, object oriented and service oriented architecture, and design patterns Expert knowledge of Java, strong working experience with JSF, Spring JDBC, CDI, Oracle PL/SQL, IBATIS, Weblogic / Websphere and SOAP. Previous experience working with scalable high-performance server based systems. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, ability to work with production servers, to analyze logs to isolate problems etc.
