The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated and proactive individual who combines deep technical knowledge with strong collaboration and excellent communication skills.

In this role the candidate will develop tools and applications to create different business analytical reports from vast amounts of data. We are looking for engineers with deep hands-on experience with: Java, J2EE, Web UI Frameworks, Spring, SOAP & RESTful based Web Services, ORM Frameworks, Jboss, SQL.

Key Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, with a focus on high-quality, timely, and supportable and maintainable code delivery.

Strong understanding and experience in various OO design patterns

Ability to write complex algorithm

Strong Core Java, multi-threading, JEE, EJB, JMS, Servlet, JSP

XML, XSD, XPATH, DOM & Event based parses

Web services both SOAP and RESTful, JAX-WS, Apache CXF

Deep understanding of web application design/ web security

3+ years experience in Spring framework

ORM frameworks like Hibernate

5+ Good understanding of Model View Controller (MVC) distributed architectures.

Struts, JSF, Apache Wickets, etc

Experience with Eclipse or MyEclipse IDE's

Jboss AS, Jboss Portal, Tomcat, Jetty, Weblogic

Experience with Oracle SQL, Stored Procedure, and PL/SQL

SQL knowledge for CRUD operations as well as more complex joins for reporting.

They should have SQL knowledge in multiple databases or a decent strength in MySQL and or Oracle

Ant, Maven, SFL4J, LOG4J, JUNIT, SVN and Jenkins

Experience in interface design using HTML 5, JQuery, CSS, AJAX

Good to have Jpython, Python, Shell Scripting experience, Big Data, Hadoop

8+ years of overall IT experience

Experience with Agile/SCRUM/TDD development

BS/MS in Computer Science
