Hi! Years ago kickstarter did not allow for Europeans (as long as they had no US bank account). I think they wanted to change that,
If we knew the answer to "how do you get the money for a community lab and projects" that would be great :D Usually I pay my projects myself, and I guess many do so.
Or you sell your ideas to a museum - if you are good at marketing. But that does not guarantee that they will exhibit or fund your project.
