Role includes leading initiatives from initial concept to end user technical training to championing usage of system
• Incumbent will translate business requirements between the business and Information Technology, leveraging his or her knowledge in financial services CRM best practices. This includes recommending and leading enhanced design, tools and training. Individual will recommend CRM tools (development/App Exchange, etc.) that align with firm strategy.
• Relevant Experience Required 5+ years.
• Solid analytical problem solver
• Experience in providing accurate, timely & responsive services on complex problems.
• Ability to communicate technology related information, enhancement options and clearly detail implementation processes to varying audiences.
• Experience integrating SFDC instance with Marketing website functionality a plus.
