Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Experience with email/direct marketing campaigns

Location: Trevose, PA 19053

Duration: 3-6+ Months

 

INTERVIEW PROCESS: PHONE SCREEN AND IN-PERSON INTERVIEW MUST - LOCAL CONSULTANT

 

Description:

Specifically, this person much have experience in advertising, direct mail and/or email campaigns in different vertical markets.  Excellent communication skills.  Business requirement documents, used cases, dashboards (i.e. Tableau, Cognos), market segmentation, targets etc.  I am looking to interview immediately and have someone start within 10 days max. I've highlighted some of the most important skills.

Requirements:

1.       Industry expertise: marketing, advertising, direct mail or email campaigns, having worked within multi-verticals

2.       Hands-on approach, and experienced in working with external clients

3.       Comfortable within a fast pace / marketing environment

4.       Translate customer business requirements to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and how these map to the objectives for the business

5.       Experienced in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

6.       Assist clients in turning requirements into technical designs and product configurations

7.       Understand technical configurations and technical scope

8.       Able to work in operational environments as well as with senior executives within client businesses

9.       Able to connect the impact of effective marketing campaigns to KPI improvements

10.   Ability to facilitate Discovery workshops with clients to drive requirements gathering

11.   Ability to review and assist with test plans / use cases and facilitates user acceptance testing

12.   Very strong stakeholder management capability

13.   Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external

14.   Ability to Facilitate and chair key meetings and workshops with senior stakeholders

 

Skills & Technical abilities:

1.       Able to translate technical information to internal / external business stakeholders

2.       Skilled in gathering functional requirements and fluent in writing documentation: Scoping / BRD / FRD / SRS, and able to interpret technical design documents

3.       Experienced with Agile development methodology / Scrum

4.       Able to wear multiple hats, e.g. review test cases, review technical documentation,  business translation, project management, reporting

5.       Process mapping / design and management methodologies
