Minimum Experience Required: 5-8 YEARS
Responsibilities:
Maintaining BPM applications using PEGA PRPC. Analyze/Support/Troubleshoot complex business functionalities in relation with robust PEGA process flows.
Analyze/recommend/troubleshoot PEGA 7 features such as case designer, reports and integration services.
Participate in end-to-end performance testing. Provide recommendations to improve performance and scalability of the application and make sure application conforms to all nonfunctional requirements.
Analyze AES to monitor & analyses performance and health indicators from multiple PEGA BPM systems using which the PEGA application
Qualifications:
· Should have five years of work experience on BPM/BRMS stack.
· Should have good experience in Architecture and design of BPM engagements.
· Should have good experience in J2EE,Web Services, Unit Testing and Debugging rules.
· Should have Customer facing skills including influencing customer architects and business stakeholders. Should have excellent knowledge of programming /systems analysis, problem solving and analytical skills.
· Should have extensive knowledge base(e.g. Infrastructure/ technology/ application to analyze problems of the greatest complexity and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.
· Certified in one or more industry leading BPMS, Business Process Study and mapping , modeling and optimization, Process requirements gathering,Businessprocess flow charting, Business rules harvesting, Provide analytical rigor to processes and apply best practices, Guide SMEs and users, helping them to identify improvement opportunities, High level BPM design, BPMS tool selection
