Really cool way to target cell types

The upper image is more understandable I think... in principle the
attached "drug" could be anything, maybe even another piece of DNA....
I imagine targeting a cancer specific RNA which upon hybridizing
allows transcription of the attached DNA... which would kill the cell
somehow
