Cool, I gave it a try afterwards. It looks like I had 3:1
insert:vector rather than 2:1. Probably not a big deal.
I used the formula on this website to calculate how much insert DNA to
add. I then multiplied that value by 5 (the ratio of cut vector size
to insert size was 5:1).
