Yes, we do have an incubator.
Monday at 8:00 the Colis come into an incubator for 3-5 hours. At 11
I'll start to prepare the transformation equipment.
But I'd be interested if it really is essential.
In the lab quite everything should be there for use. Bunsen burner,
microwave, autoclaveur, pippets, inoculation loop, lb agar, ....
chemicals, ...
