I heat shock for 90 seconds in my CaCl transformations. Also, congratulations on getting lab time/space! That is awesome. I hope everything goes well on Monday :). Do you have a website or blog where we can follow your work? Or pictures of your incubator?

My DIY-Incubator works perfectly on the Breadboard. But I solderd it
and now it is gone crazy. I have to double-check all the soldering-
sites once again to find the error...
