RE: [DIYbio] Recycling micro plates

Haven't tried anything out yet but as soon as the first set of plates arrives I will give it a go and report back. I'm not sure that including water is necessary though. If the only water in the oven is in the microbes they will get a disporportionate amount of the microwave energy. I'm assuming 2min would be enought to cook any residual surface bacteria to a crisp.
