I've read the article, which seems like a balanced opinion on the state of synthetic biology development, that doesn't really say anything crazy. You'll have to be more specific. "The Principles for the Oversight of SB" is a large document (TLDR), which I'm guessing contains a lot of ideas already implemented in government policies. If you are talking about US policies, please specify US.
