Yeah, i get it. I still think we're on different pages. While 'how' is important, i'm far more interested in 'what'. 'How' is the domain of experimental procedure. 'What' includes items like the BoM, and organism genetics.
If you want to delve into the mechanics of the procedure for positively identifying a particular organism, cool.
I'll settle for it's datasheet, and trust that my supplier is doing his job.
Different levels of open? Sure.
