[DIYbio] Why aren't DIYbio events being posted here? Regional DIYbio lists splinter the community,

Just found that a new biolab just opened up... yesterday. Why didn't
anyone post this to the main DIYbio list? How is this really promoting
openness? Secret keeping??? Someone /just/ emailed me /a few days ago/
asking for opinions on where to move if they wanted to be close to a
biotech hackerspace/accelerator.

Beer, Bio, Tech and Beyond First Party Thursday February 7th at 5:30PM

We have been graciously handed the keys to the building! Bio, Tech and
Beyond is hosting our first get together this Thursday, February 7th
at 5:30PM. Refreshments will be provided. We are located at 2351
Faraday Ave. Carlsbad, CA 92008. Although supplies and equipment are
just starting to trickle in, it should be a fun night to check out the
new digs and meet with the DIYBio Community. Come meet the community
members making this laboratory a reality!
