i have ordered four things from them 542bp, 494bp, 467bp, and 506bp at one time . the order was started by them on 9/27 and i received the order on or around 10/10. they cloned them into puc57 and sent 4ug, 10ug, 10ug and 10ug of plasmid back to me. (i believe that if you want you can send your own plasmid and they will put it in there for you for a fee.) they sequence verified things and also did restriction digests to show fragment sizes. i resequenced them and they were fine. i was satisfied with the experience. i think it was around $840 w/ shipping and handling. hope this helps.
please note three of these were ORFs and one was a somewhat common transcriptional regulatory element, so they may have just amplified them up from libraries/clone they had on hand or from a previous order....anyway, it was cheaper than buying the ORFs outright from another vendor.
