Role: Responsible for driving improvements in voice operations and capabilities for voice services, call center infrastructure, and unified communications.

Experience:

4+ years experience in the design, configuration and support of LAN/WAN networking environments.
Extensive experience in Cisco Call Manager
Experience in Cost Routing, SIP, MACD, UCCX and call center functions.
Experience in Unity and Unity Connect voice mail preferred.
Must be available for 24x7 support and be willing to periodically travel.
Experience in Metro Ethernet, PRI, DS3 preferred.
Strong customer service skills and be an effective communicator.
Experience supporting a call center and video conferencing is a plus.
