Job Title: Voice Engineer
Location : Pittsburgh, PA
Duration : long term
Joining : Immediate
Role: Responsible for driving improvements in voice operations and capabilities for voice services, call center infrastructure, and unified communications.
Experience:
- 4+ years experience in the design, configuration and support of LAN/WAN networking environments.
- Extensive experience in Cisco Call Manager
- Experience in Cost Routing, SIP, MACD, UCCX and call center functions.
- Experience in Unity and Unity Connect voice mail preferred.
- Must be available for 24x7 support and be willing to periodically travel.
- Experience in Metro Ethernet, PRI, DS3 preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and be an effective communicator.
- Experience supporting a call center and video conferencing is a plus.
