Financial Experience required

Emphasized importance of strong Object-Oriented Design/Development and C# skills. Comm skills and Financial markets background important.

The Role:

Company's EMSX API R&D team is looking for an exceptional C# software developer experienced in working with trading API. The candidate will be responsible for building out the code samples and documentation for the new Trading API. In addition, the candidate will enhance the existing core API by building out a library of higher level objects to be utilized by the financial community. This is a unique opportunity to influence fast growing products in the financial markets.

Qualifications:

· Experienced at writing robust software for financial markets and solid understanding of trading systems.

· Proficient in test-driven object-oriented design and development

· Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.

· Minimum of 3+ years of hands on C# development work experience

· Experience of designing & building frameworks and robust service APIs

· Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

Other desirable skills:

· Knowledge of other trading API's

· Experience with Bloomberg DAPI 3.0

· Experience in Excel / VBA
