Position : Quick Test Professional (QTP) Expert
Duration: 6 months
Location: Boston, MA
Financial markets experience a MUST
Job Description:
Ø BA/BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or Business
Ø 8+ years of experience on Software Testing in Finance and Banking domain
Ø 5+ years of experiencing automating financial application using QTP
Ø Expertise in building enterprise wide QTP automation solution architecture
Ø Well versed in creating robust frameworks for financial applications, primarily winforms with third party controls
Ø Experience with service test automation
Ø Experience with database test automation
Ø Should have experience in running automation on virtual machines/environments
Ø Automate existing functional manual regression/smoke test cases using QTP
Ø Build & Execute the smoke/regression test scripts on different environments analyze results and prepare presentable report
Ø Knowledge of SQL highly desirable
Ø Assess and revise (maintain) existing test scripts based upon test results and/or changes in application
Ø Work closely with Manual QA/Development team to understand automation requirements, and provide a strong automation service to various projects
Ø Should have exposure to working in Agile methodology of software development and bolting in automation in agile development process
Ø Knowledge of Financial (Trade and Risk Management) and Investment Banking applications will be an added advantage
Ø Experience in integrating TFS with QTP
Ø Ensure that processes and testing documentation meet total quality management and/or other reliability standards
Ø Very strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills
Ø Experience with Performance and Load testing tool is a plus
Ø Experience with other automation testing tools like Coded UI, Test Complete is highly appreciated
Ø Ability to work independently as well as part of a coordinated team
Ø Self-motivated, dynamic, organized, responsible and team player
2) Position : Core Java Developer
Duration: 3-6 months to start
Location: Boston
Skills Required - Core Java, JMS, High/Low Level Design, Design/Implementation of Messaging Based Infrastructure, Spring, Maven, Design Patterns – very hands on with large complex tech-heavy projects
MUST have deep understanding of technical concepts and should be grounded in deep knowledge of the fundamentals.
Skill and Role Summary:
- Strong Java coding/design skills must-have.
- Experience in tech-heavy projects desired.
3) Position : Senior Java Developer with Financial Exp (8+ years experience)
Duration : 6 months
Location : Raleigh, North Carolina
Requirements:
· Experience with Java/J2EE and other server-side technologies
· Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOAP)
· Experience with Spring, XML and web server technologies
· Experience with JDBC (to connect with Oracle DB)
· Experience on Message Broker and/or Enterprise Service Bus
· Hands-on experience with UNIX and ClearCase
