[DIYbio] Surface Plasmon Resonance - Polymerase Chain Reaction

Dear DIYBIO,
I am contacting with you from Turkey. We are just start to build devices based on surface plasmon resonance and polymerase chain reaction. I started to read your entries for PCR. You are welcome to share your opninions and ideas with me.

I have couples of questions about programs and electronics.

As you already know, PCR based on heat cycle so we need to monitor the temperature accuretley and as fast as possible. To do that, we design a PCB based on K type thermocouple. We add thermistor for accuracy and for room temperature measurement. we use LM358 as opamp. Please share your opinions and ideas for this design.
