Requirement:
The Bureau of Environmental Surveillance and Policy (BESP) is dedicated to increasing awareness of environmental health issues facing New York City. BESP reviews and analyzes scientific and administrative data for the purpose of improving the health of all New Yorkers. Currently, BESP is seeking a skilled developer to work on its Data Warehouse
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop, design, implement, enhance, maintain and analyze database systems, queries, and procedures in SQL Server 2008 environment
· Develop complex SQL 2008 SSIS packages for ETL data to Data Warehouse
· Modify existing Data Warehouse structure (SQL Server 2008) to incorporate data from different data source
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Must have proven and successful history of:
· Advance expertise in building high performance data integration solution, including extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) packages for data warehousing utilizing SQL Server 2008 Integration Services
· Prior experience with data modeling for health industry;
· Demonstrable high experience in creation Data warehouse structure, partitions, dashboards ETL SSIS packages, Reports Models.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· BI Solution architect
