SCOPE OF SERVICES:

The Quality Assurance Tester responsibilities include:

·  Assess current NYCServ applications to be tested and validate applications after migration to new environment.

·  Plan and develop test cases, test and document results.

·  Design, develop and perform both manual and automated testing procedures and scripts.

·  Testing types to include smoke tests, functional tests, negative tests, regression tests, performance tests and fail-over testing.

·  Develop and maintain QC repository of various test case suites.

·  Review test cases with both the test team and the project team.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

·  At least 8 years of experience as a QA specialist, including performing tests and creating test plans.

·  Proficiency in HP QuickTest Professional software functional and regression test automation.

·  Proficiency in HP Quality Center, including reporting.

·  Demonstrated knowledge of performance test strategies.

·  Proficiency in writing database SQL queries and in reading and analyzing the relevant data.

·  Experience with creating and executing automated testing life cycles via LoadRunner.

·  Proficiency in Rational ClearQuest software for software enhancements and defect tracking.
