-- I am trying to create a DNA database of dogs in our community so that I can help identify owners who don't pick up after their dogs.
There are some private companies which offer these services but its expensive.
Being a dog lover and a owner myself, my mission is to keep the community healthy for dogs.
Can anyone help me understand what kind of equipment is needed for DNA identification and I am programming savvy so I can build a db using it.
