[DIYbio] Re: 15$ PCR machine working properly

That's cool. To give some suggestions though, I'd think you need to share some details about the design. Do you have a picture of the machine itself?

Best regards,
JP

I Have been designing a PCR machine for a month ago. Now the designs complete and have completed the analysis. The machine is working properly but the intensity of amplified bands are too low.The machine was cross tested with a Bio Rad machine in my department laboratory and was analysed in UV it gives some unwanted amplification also.My theory was right i was actually able to make the machine work. Now going for the secondary design having a peltier element and a new mechanism for faster cooling and heating

"The results of my Machine is attached as a picture with it"........."Please see it and give your suggestions"
