Position:              Senior Level DW Developer – Contractor (Data Warehouse ETL Developer)

Location:              Atlanta, GA

Education:           4-year College Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,or Engineering.

Interview:          Phone followed by F2F

Skills Required:

·         Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills

·         Testable strong SQL with complex queries (5+ years)

·         Experience in using SDLC for medium-large applications development (5+ years)

·         Experience with Data Warehouse Design

·         Experience translating business requirements to SQL-based ETL

·         Experience with ETL development tools

·         Mainframe MVS JCL programming (5+ years)

·         Mainframe Job Scheduler experience (5+ years)

·         Experience in detailed applications design that utilize SQL and utilize the following databases:

Ø  Teradata, DB2, Oracle or SQL Server

·         Experience with usage of database utilities

·         Experience with version control software

·         Proficient testing skills – unit, system, and integration

·         Experience with Data Architecture including knowledge of data modeling techniques, entity relationship diagrams

·         Very good verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate solutions

Skills Preferred:  

·         Teradata performance tuning skills

·         Knowledge of Teradata Utilities

·         Experience with ChangeMan MVS code versioning software

·         Experience with Zeke MVS Job scheduler

·         Experience with IBM InfoSphere Information Server (DataStage)

·         Good knowledge of Unix shell scripts
