Location: Union NJ

Duration: 6 months + extensions and perm possibility à We envision this to be a long term position (1+ years), unless something unforeseen happens.
The first round will be phone interview but I absolutely need someone who is available for a face to face within the next week.
MUST HAVES:
TIBCO Business Works
TIBCO EMS
TIBCO Administrator
TIBCO Hawk/Hawk SNMP adapter
TIBCO ADB Adapter
Linux shell scripting
Basic knowledge of:
Oracle
Linux
Logging and Exception Handling framework
Version Control Systems
PLUS:
Java
FTP
TIBCO MFT/Slingshot
iSeries/AS400
Day to Day:
We are looking for a very strong candidate who can run independently with projects assigned to him.
He should be a very strong developer with background in EMS Administration.
He will be participating in Code reviews and Design/Architecture discussions.
He should be able to provide advice on best practices, coding options, BW pallettes, deployment strategy and production issues.
He should be able to assist in Unit testing, QA testing and UAT.
He should have experience creating Hawk rules and deploying monitoring solutions.
Should possess strong communication skills since he will be liaising with multiple application development teams.
Should be able to clearly document verbally, diagrammatically.
Candidate should be very hard working, self motivated and sincere with a strong work ethic.
He should be able to multi task, prioritize tasks assigned to him and deliver projects on time.
He should be a team player.
Candidate will HAVE to provide production support and participate in on-call rotation.
VPN access will be provided for support off hours.
