Role PHP Developer

Location Newtown Square, PA

Duration 6 Months

This role is with an excellent company within a great team environment following an Agile methodology. This will begin as a 6 month contract position, and will extend continuously pending project work.

Position Duties:

Develop code within PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, and more within an Agile methodology

Participate in Stand ups and frequent meetings with your Scrum team

Write stories and plan projects effectively

Work in a team environment and meet deadlines effectively

Required Skills:

Experience with PHP and JavaScript a must (AJAX, jQuery, JSON, Python preferred as well)

Possess a working knowledge of relational databases: Oracle a must, MySQL a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle

Any of the following preferred:

Source code control management (preferably GIT)
