Role : ETL / DW Developer – Credit Card Processing
Location : Atlanta GA (Local Candidates)

Top 3 must have skills:
1. Demonstrated ability to lead a team of diverse technicians (onshore and offshore) across many work groups.
2. Experience working on Credit and Debit card applications or any related card industry experience
3. Extensive experience with Debit and Credit card technologies on mainframe and or on distributed architecture.
Top 3 nice to have:
1. Diverse technical experience ranging from Mainframe to distributed applications
2. Experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, ETL tools and RDBMS
3. Demonstrated experience translating business needs into long-term technical solutions.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
• Experience with Debit and Credit card technology processing on mainframe architecture.
• Deep knowledge of business systems and processes within the financial services industry.
• Recent working knowledge of multiple tools, systems, applications, services to support financial services industry.
• Experience working with vendors, preferably with cards processing vendors such as Frist Data or TSYS
• Demonstrated ability to utilize business and system requirements in creating design document and integrating various systems in the design process
• Demonstrated proficiency testing and debugging moderately complex programs
• Ability to work remotely with multiple technology teams and business teams at one time
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with business analyst in capturing business and system requirements
'• Work with Solution Architect in developing Conceptual architecture or the Solution Design document
'• Work with onshore and offshore technical leads in developing project specific overarching design document
• Facilitates joint application review/design sessions (JAR/JAD) with clients, technical, and vendor resources.
• Identifying and documenting issues and risks in a timely manner and presenting to PM for mitigation planning
• Work with teams to identify issues, root causes and proposed resolutions
• Serve as a liaison between the technical and testing teams to ensure that all testing scenarios are identified and provide assistance in test data preparation.
• Assists Testing Services in development of test and implementation plans
