Integration Developer (Oracle SOA Suite/Java)

·         3+ years Oracle SOA Suite (including OSB) development

·         3+ years Java / J2EE development

·         3+ years complex XML, XSD and XSLT development

The Enterprise Integration Team is looking for experienced developer(s) to migrate existing integrations from the legacy Oracle 11G SOA Suite platform to Dell Boomi iPaaS. The developer(s) need to comply with company design, development and documentation standards and need to apply high quality principles. The engagement will be on-site in Elkton, Maryland.

Responsibilities:

·         Understand the functional process and technical legacy platform use cases

·         Design and build Integration flows/ processes on the iPaaS Platform to migrate existing integrations

·         Liaise with the Enterprise Integration Team to align with standards, best practices and documentation requirements

·         Develop and build upon standards, best practices & knowledge capital

·         Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions

·         Develop test scripts, input test data, and expected results for one or more test conditions

·         Assist in retiring / sunsetting the migrated integrations on legacy platforms

·         Create design documents, technical specifications and test documentation based on Gore's standards

Required Skills:

Note: All required skills imply proven production deployment/implementation experience

·         3+ years Oracle SOA Suite (including OSB) development

·         3+ years Java / J2EE development

·         3+ years complex XML, XSD and XSLT development

·         Oracle 11G database including PL/SQL

·         Common transport and connection protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, JMS, etc.)

·         Common web protocols and security standards (SOAP, REST, JSON, ws-security, HTTP Basic Auth, OAuth, SAML, etc.)

·         Practical application of SOA and enterprise integration design patterns

·         Application servers (Jboss, Weblogic, etc.)

·         Version control and release management (i.e. SVN)

·         Unix/ Linux based systems

·         Eclipse and JDeveloper

·         APIs and API management

·         Continuous Integration

·         Maven/ ANT

·         UML modeling skills (BPMN, ERM, etc.)

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         High quality standards/ skills in terms of scripting, execution, documentation and code quality

Preferred Skills:

·         OAGIS BODs

·         Dell Boomi iPaaS

·         Oracle Data Integrator

·         Knowledge of EDI X12 standards

·         Familiarity with master data management and meta-data management

·         AWS

·         Containerization
