I'm trying to create a list of genes that are actively being transcribed in petal tissues of Rosa hybrida, can anyone recommend a commercial lab that might be able to analyze a tissue sample for mRNAs? Names of commercial biotech labs in general would also be useful, from there I could research their capabilities myself (I'm assuming that these kind of services exist, maybe not?).
