-- I need to have a plasmid sequenced in the Americas, East coast or West coast does not matter.
I inquired, but it seems some companies require you to register through page-long forms, and then cannot do the primers in-house.
Does anyone know of a company that is convenient? Like VBC Biotech in Vienna, where you just send an email there and they get your job done (see the scheme below).
