Skill Sets
1. Strong design and pattern orientation.
Knowledge of patterns like MVVM is crucial.
2. Experience building easy to use abstractions and interfaces.
3. Understanding performance implications of design and striking the optimal balance
4. Experience with building optimal client-server interactions for Mobile Apps
o C#, Script Sharp, Typescript, React is plus
o AJAX , its usage and browser/OS implications is a plus.
5. Understanding importance of unit-tests and pursuing bug-free code.
6. Core understanding of HTML5.
o How it relates to various browsers/OSes/Devices.
o Aspects such as performance, accessibility are key and cannot be compromised.
