There is already a patent describing the enzymatic synth of oligos, but not using microfluidics or inkjet printer. I can't find it right now (my internet is very unstable), but it describes the best parameters, including using the pyrophosphate kind instead of another nucleosides. But this is not the reason I didn't try your protocol, I am just without time and money, but as soon I solve this problems, I will try. Your idea is great, and I am seeking this goal for very log time too, I think this will be a holy grail and will change everything, at least for the amateur scientists.
