[DIYbio] El-MAVEN: Complete MS data processing engine for Metabolomics

Hi,

I am leading El-Maven reach out at Elucidata.

I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce El-MAVEN, an open-source metabolomics data analyzer for large metabolomics experiments. It is being used at leading labs like Agios, Pfizer, Kibbey Lab at Yale, Georgetown etc to process labeling/unlabeled, targeted/untargeted, LCMS/GCMS/MS2 experiments.

El-Maven is now a very active open-source project. 1000s of lines of code are written per month. 100s of GBs of data is processed every week using El-Maven. Elucidata is committed to keeping El-Maven open-source and always free.

Would you be interested in trying El-MavenDownload El-MAVEN

We'll be happy to demo it for you and help you get started.

Thanks
Raghav
