I only know because they're in my area and heard 6 months ago people had ordered there kits and still not gotten results over a year later. I don't know what they're doing, maybe selling to someone that can actually process the samples in a timely manner. It's tortuous having only 23andme data in promethease because it'd be cool to see the whole thing.
