For the most part the different silicones you can buy at hardware
stores differs in the curing reagent, crosslinker concentration
(affects stiffness/flexibility), and colorants. Similar to PDMS is
RTV615.
That's pretty much it for reaction-friendly casting materials I know
of, the other stuff like SU-8 photoresist, I haven't seen used for
microchannels themselves, just for making master molds.
